Biography
Cindy Tanner, RN, CLNC, MBA (c), LNHA
Cindy Tanner is an accomplished healthcare executive, licensed nurse, and Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) with over 25 years of experience spanning acute care, long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and orthopedic coordination. As the founder of CaseCorrect, LLC, she integrates clinical expertise and strategic leadership to deliver consulting, education, and advocacy services that improve care quality and organizational performance.
Cindy currently serves as Vice President of Healthcare Services at Brewster Place, a nationally recognized continuing care retirement community. Her leadership has played a pivotal role in the organization’s 5-STAR CMS rating and national accolades from U.S. News & World Report and Newsweek.
Her clinical foundation includes medical-surgical nursing, IV therapy, and orthopedic program development. She held roles as an Orthopedic Coordinator and later as a frontline RN during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she led care transitions and upheld stringent infection prevention protocols.
Cindy is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and has been a CLNC since 2019. She also holds a CPR Instructor certification and a professional coaching credential. Her consulting practice focuses on:
